ORLANDO, Fla. – Bio-Tech Consulting Inc., an Orlando-based environmental consulting firm serving clients throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States, today announced that the Orange County Board of Commissioners reappointed its president, John Miklos, to the Orange County Environmental Protection Commission for an additional two-year term.
Miklos has served on the Environmental Protection Commission since 2010, and in June 2013 he was appointed Chairman for a one-year term. This reappointment maintains Miklos’ role as a member of the Environmental Protection Commission through December 31, 2015.
In 2006, prior to being appointed to the Environmental Protection Commission, Miklos served the Orange County Board of County Commissioners as the Environmental Conservation Organization Representative to the Orange County Development Advisory Board. In 2010 the Board of County Commissioners formally appointed Miklos as Environmental Conservation Organization Representative to the Commission, and in June 2013 he was elected Chairman.
