April 8, 2025 — A significant development in the environmental consulting world: following the Spangler Environmental acquisition by Earth Systems, Jim Spangler has officially joined the Jacksonville Beach, Fla., consultant-engineer. Spangler, who led his own firm, will now serve as the president of the newly formed Spangler Environmental unit. He brings with him a wealth of experience, including a past role as a board member of the National Association of Environmental Professionals. This new role will allow him to continue his leadership and expertise within the expanded firm.
