Jay has more than 30 years of professional experience in project management, water sampling and testing, and environmental permitting. Jay’s experience includes project troubleshooting and resolving wetland, wildlife and other permitting issues. In addition to his abilities in wetland delineation and wildlife identification, Jay has extensive water quality monitoring experience and laboratory-based water sample analysis. His skills also include proficiency with AutoCAD and other computer-based technologies that are necessities in the modern environmental consulting field.

Jay graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources & Conservation.
